We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium textiles; if your felt or faux fur order does not meet your expectations, you may return uncut and unwashed fabric within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the fabric to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in its original moisture-resistant packaging along with the printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the fabric has not been cut or altered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
